On the agenda: Learn tablescape styling with your personalised wedding favours, food and beverage presentations, a luxe showcase featuring luxe bridal gowns, wedding photography and videography and more. The “Weddings By The Isle” showcase features a guided tour of the venue, workshops by various wedding service providers, high-tea and dinner buffet. This wedding showcase also serves wine.
Sign up for this event and you’ll get to sample wedding food at the Workshop’s high-tea (3-5pm) and dinner buffet (6-8pm).
High-tea buffet dishes include Asparagus Salad with Parma Ham & Parmesan Cheese, and Cold Pasta With Truffle & Ebikko, Mango Prawns (appetiser and salad); Tempura scallop with Herb Crumbs, Crispy Smoked Pork Belly, Crispy Silver Fish with Hot Sauce and Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce (main course); Mini Profiteroles, Mango Mousse Cake, Chocolate Fountains Black (strawberries, grapes and marshmallows) and freshly-cut fruits (desserts).
